Our ABS Flame Retardant P-24C is masterbatch form, intumescent type , UL94 V0 level . Brominated Flame Retardant .
ARGIOPE P-24C ABS PS flame retardant Typical advantage is that it is not only contains flame retardant components but also contains Toughening agent/ Impact Modifier Additives . so even dosage is 20%. but it nearly no effect the ABS orginal physical properties ----impact strength /toughness /flexibility .
If Have high requirement on the impact strength for your ABS flame retardant V0 compound modification , could add our Transparent ABS impact modifier liquids ,which not effect the flame retardancy,meanwhile ensure impact strength improved .

1 . easy direct adding-- just ensure mix flame retardant evenly well with the ABS/HIPS/GPPSraw materials
2. no adverse effect on the ABS/HIPS/GPPS / ABS+PC physical properties ----impact strength, tensilestrength and elongation at break keep well after using P-24C flame retardant .
3 .super white appearance --- absolutely no yellowish and grey problem to the surface of the
product after adding our P-24C fire retardant ; no need to add the cost by adding TIO2 .
4. excellent anti-uv properties. because our Fire retarant formulations contains uv additives .
5. flame retardant effect substance purity : 85-90%
6. no any carrier as fillers in our ABS flame retardant formulations, ensure high performance
7. low addition percentage :
For ABS : 18-22%
For HIPS : 10-15%
For PC+ABS: 10-15%
8. Fire retardant formulation contains toughening agent, ensure excellent physical properties.
9. Small halogenated UL94 V0 flame retardant . fire got extinguish within 3s.
