Dosage of fire suppressant PP fire retardant :
1. Copolymerized and toughening PP: generally 5-8%
2. Regenerated PP : 8-12% (specific dosage depends on basic material )
3. Homopolymerization PP: generally 2-4%
4. Homopolymerization recycled PP :generally 4-8%

Usage of fire suppressant PP fire retardant masterbatch:
A-P16 is an ideal FR for European-retardant socket, automotive connectors, hollow plate, electrical appliances , PP plates for mineral use, heaters shell and other flame-retardant PP products.

Notes of P-16 fire suppressant PP fire retardant masterbatch :
1. You’d better not to use calcium carbonate as a filler, Because it decrease FR performance a lot .
2. Bake the flame retardant masterbatch P16 for 2 hours under 90°C before use
