Function of pp anti freezing agents

To increase the cold resistance, low temperature resistance of PP,ABS, PE, PS ect. Thus keep good  impact strength, flexibility performance even at critical environment.

Usage of pp anti freezing agent

add the anti-freezing agent when mixing materials, and mixing it with the outlet materials, renewable materials and raw materials for 5-8 minutes, after mixed even ,the heating roasted material can be used for extrusion, injection molding or blow molding.

Dosage of  pp anti freezing agent

 1.  Dosage  is  2%--4%, namely  add  20--40g  impact  modifier  to  1kg  raw  material

 2..  use blender to stir A-940 with plastic materials for 5-8 minutes .
