ARGIOPE® A-9503 Oil type Electret Masterbatch for PP Meltblown Fabric

To reach BFE99 gradel , need to add electret masterbatch in PP granule MFI 1500 during the production of the meltblown , A-9503 model , to reach BFE 95 above , need to add around 3-5% .

A-9503 Electret Masterbatch for high filtration performance meltblown production. It’s excellent electret air filter material .can greatly improve the collection efficiency of submicron dust particles due to the electrostatic effect. Compared with traditional fiber filter materials, our A-9503 is proudced by oxygen-slilion process, which ensures no toxic no smell , good dispersity , and effciency and persistence . making it as the core material of masks.  After adding the A-9503 Electret Masterbatch , could produce the meltblown / mask , and most important , its electret effect stays long permanent, even after one year of the meltblown production.

ARGIOPE® A-9503 Electret Masterbatch for meltblown mechanism of action :  

charged particles in the gas phase by coulomb force, or by inducing the neutral particles to produce polarity and then trapping them. Thus the subparticles in the gas carrier phase can be filtered more effectively, greatly enhancing the filtration efficiency, and the air resistance will not increase. This is the so-called high efficiency low resistance filtration material.The electret material has exactly this property.
